- Each
CD-ROM may have any number of "threads" of
content, limited only by the amount of available physical
space of the media. This can be extremely valuable
in leveraging common content across multiple protocols. The
track feature can:
- be
used to determine the unique protocol content to
show in a multi-protocol capable
CD-ROM; or
- also
be used to determine regionally specific content;
or
- determine
the language translation; or
- change
the ordering of content, the user interface, or other
pre-determined requirements.
- Selected
content can be made updated by way of a the internet
should it be required by the project specs
- One
of the strengths of a CD-ROM deliverable is that
the content is immediately available, and does
not require
connectivity which offers a greater degree of performance
response in a non-linear delivery. However if content
modification is anticipated after deployment of the
media, revised
content can be delivered reliably with an internet
connection.
- The application can be completely customized to fit your
requirements.
